Welcome to Paris Photographer VIP. By booking a photoshoot with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. COPYRIGHT & USAGE RIGHTS
All photos taken during the session remain the intellectual property of the Photographer.
You will receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use the images for personal purposes (social media, printing, sharing with family and friends).
By default, we may use selected images from your photoshoot for our portfolio, website and social media.
If you prefer your session to remain private, please let us know before the photoshoot — we’re happy to arrange a private session.
Requests for privacy made after the photoshoot or after images have been published may not be guaranteed.

2. PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
A deposit is required to secure your photoshoot date.
Payments are accepted via Zelle, Stripe, and PayPal.
Deposits are non-refundable, as they reserve your date and time.
If your plans change, we’ll always do our best to reschedule your session based on availability.

3. DELIVERY
You will receive all unedited photos within 24 hours after the photoshoot.
You can then select your favorite images for editing, and the final edited photos will be delivered within 3–7 business days.

4. LIABILITY
We always aim to provide a safe, smooth, and enjoyable photoshoot experience.
However, by booking a session, you acknowledge that participation is at your own risk.

5. AGREEMENT ACCEPTANCE
By booking a session with Paris Photographer VIP, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
